Join us on any Wednesday Lunchtime to learn and practise Meditation and Mindfulness. Beginners are especially welcome – all meditations are fully guided.
Each week we practise one of three meditations:
- Body Awareness Meditation (coming out of our busy minds into the body)
- Mindfulness of Breathing (using the breath to calm our minds)
- Loving-Kindness Meditation (cultivating kindness to ourselves and others)
All over 18 welcome – both newcomers and regular meditator
No charge, but a small donation to help cover room hire would be appreciated
